Deposit Rules
Nightly Reservations
Deposit Amount:
One night's stay or 50% of the total reservation cost, whichever is greater.
Payment Due: At the time of booking.
Weekly Reservations
Deposit Amount:
The equivalent of two nights’ stay or 50% of the total weekly cost, whichever is greater.
Payment Due: At the time of booking.
Monthly Reservations
Deposit Amount:
A flat fee deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking and will be refunded after your departure, provided all rules and regulations have been followed and the site is left in good condition.
Payment Due: Deposit is due at the time of booking, and the first month’s rent is due upon arrival.
Yearly Reservations
Deposit Amount:
A refundable deposit equivalent to one month’s rent (calculated based on the agreed monthly rate).
Payment Due: Deposit is due at the time of booking, and the first month’s rent is due upon move-in.
General Deposit Rules
Refunds: Deposits are refundable upon checkout if no damages, rule violations, or unpaid balances are present.
Cancellations:
Deposits are subject to our cancellation policy. Processing fees or forfeitures may apply depending on notice given.
Payment Methods: We accept deposits via cash, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
