Rules and Regulations

General Guidelines

  1. Registration:

    • All guests must register upon arrival. Full payment for the stay is required at check-in.

  2. Check-In and Check-Out:

    • Check-In Time: 1:00 PM

    • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

    • Late check-out may result in additional fees unless prior arrangements are made.

  3. Site Occupancy:

    • Each site accommodates one RV and two vehicle.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect fellow guests.

Vehicle Rules

  1. Speed Limit: The park speed limit is 5 MPH.

  2. Parking:

    • Vehicles must be parked on your designated site or in approved parking areas.

    • Do not park on grass, empty sites, or roadways.

  3. Maintenance: No major vehicle repairs or fluid changes are allowed on the premises.

Site Appearance & Maintenance

  1. Cleanliness:

    • Sites must be kept clean and free of debris.

    • All trash must be disposed of in designated dumpsters.

  2. Modifications: No permanent structures, digging, or alterations to the site are allowed.

  3. Decorations: Modest decorations are permitted but must not interfere with park operations or aesthetics.

Pets

  1. Leashes: Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times.

  2. Cleanup: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.

  3. Behavior: Aggressive or excessively noisy pets are not allowed in the park.

Children

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for their safety and behavior.

Campfires & Grills

  • Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits or portable fire rings, subject to local fire regulations.

  • Never leave fires unattended, and extinguish completely before leaving.

Prohibited Activities

  1. No illegal activities, firearms, fireworks, or explosives are allowed in the park.

  2. The use of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.

  3. Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or any behavior that disturbs other guests will not be tolerated.

Liability

Stonewood RV Park is not responsible for:

  • Damage, theft, or loss of personal property.

  • Accidents or injuries occurring on the premises.
    Guests assume all risks related to their stay.

Compliance & Enforcement

  • Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund for violations of park rules.

  • Repeated offenses or serious violations may result in a ban from the property.
