Cancellation Policy for Stonewood RV Park LLC
At Stonewood RV Park, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our park. Please review the following guidelines:
Nightly Reservations
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid charges.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit.
Weekly Reservations
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit.
Monthly or Long-Term Stays
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit.
No-Shows
Guests who fail to arrive without prior notification will be charged the full amount of the reservation deposit or first night's stay, whichever applies.
Early Departures
No refunds will be issued for early departures once a stay has begun.
Special Conditions
Holidays and Special Events: Reservations during peak holiday periods or special events require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations within the 7-day window will forfeit the deposit or first night’s rate, whichever applies.
